Return & Refund Policy – Glam Jewelry
Return Eligibility:
If you receive a product with any issue such as damage, defect, or a wrong item, you may submit a return request within 1 to 7 days of delivery. Our aim is to provide a safe and convenient shopping experience for every customer.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items including earrings and personalized jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, you must submit a request through your Shopify order page or email. Once your request is received, it will be reviewed and verified. After approval, you will be provided with return instructions. The product must be sent back in its original condition along with original packaging.
Refund Policy:
After the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued only through the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are allowed only if the product is in perfect condition. Items that are damaged, broken, used, or not in original condition are not eligible for exchange. Exchange requests must be submitted within 1 to 7 days of delivery. Available replacement options such as size, color, or product availability will be shared accordingly. The exchange process usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on stock availability.

All return and exchange requests are carefully inspected to ensure a smooth and fair process. Our priority is to provide a shopping experience that is simple, secure, and satisfactory. Order details and return or exchange requests can be managed easily through Shopify.
